Internships with We Are Family are structured as a mutually beneficial relationship. Internships provide on-site work experience that is directly related to a career goal or field of interest. We emphasis on learning and professional development, including mentoring interns who function as an employee with the organization. Interns are directly supervised by WAF staff and will receive professional experience in their field.
